General Info

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate any appointment for inappropriate behavior. If an appointment is terminated due to lewd or other inappropriate behavior, the full amount of the service will be charged. If a session is terminated due to inappropriate behavior, we reserve the right of refusal for any and all future appointments. 

Spa Services
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

Arriving Late
Please note, if you arrive late for your appointment, your service may be shortened so as not to delay the next scheduled guest.

Cell Phones
In consideration of other guests we ask that cell phones are turned off during your spa visit.

Gift Cards
We sell gift cards in any dollar denomination allowing your guest the most flexibility in choosing their spa visit. Gift cards are nonrefundable. 
Gift cards expire one (1) year after initial issue date. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. For your safety, gift cards are NON-TRANSFERRABLE. Gift cards can not be used towards gratuities and they are NOT redeemable or returnable for any cash value. 

Gratuities are left to the discretion of our guests and are not included in the cost of services or gift certificates.  It is customary to provide 15% to 20% gratuity for all spa services.

Lost or Stolen Items
For your protection, we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal articles.  We request that you leave all jewelry & valuables at home
